Booking and Payment –

· Cancellation By BirthdayWala –
Following any unlikely event we probably have to cancel your booking, we will impart a full refund including the deposit. Moreover, we always believe in introducing the best service providers and other options to make sure that your event proceeds as planned.
· Client-Initiated Changes – You should always communicate in writing regarding any changes to the scope of work. Though we believe in catering to all your expected requests, additional charges may apply for changes made within 14 days of the event.
